Details: WPI was granted permission by the client upon request to have their place of business and residence investigated for possible paranormal activity. Their claims have included footsteps, voices, items moving or operating on their own and noises of cabinet doors opening/closing. Client is not threatened by the phenomena, but rather prefer that it just would not occur at all. There is reason to believe the founding family of the home from over 100 years ago haunts the location.

Findings: The sole piece of evidence found was a photograph of a large orb that Katie captured just outside a hallway door. Please see photographic evidence Case #090516BDFH-Orb 01. Please note that this orb is unique, as we cannot debunk it nor say it is 100% positive. This photo remains inconclusive.

Of the claims that were made, WPI tried their best to debunk to find natural causes. Firstly, there were no high-range EMF readings worth noting, with the exception of readings in certain areas of the business area emitting from the ceiling of the basement and portions of the walls and ceiling of the area. There were some unexplainable jumps in readings at some times, but decreased as quickly as they appeared. These, however, should not have an affect on any of the claims made in the residence part of the property. There were no spikes in readings in the residence worth noting here.

Findings: Unfortunately there was a lack of activity during our investigation to reach a formal conclusion. The activity has been sporadic and did not occur during our visit. Because of this WPI cannot label this property as being haunted. There is no explanation for the voices or whispers being claimed, especially if heard by individuals who are certain they are the only ones in the building. WPI cannot say we had anything paranormal happening this evening, but will not dismiss it due to the claims made without reasonable explanations.

WPI would like to conduct a 2nd Investigation in the future and have requested the client log any future paranormal activity that may happen and keep us updated via phone or email.
